eCourse Policy
To access the online Bye Bye Belly Fat and/or Cravings to Freedom online courses, you must attest that you have read and agree to the terms and conditions contained in this eCourse Terms and Conditions Agreement. The term “course” includes both eCourse web pages, courses, videos, worksheets, supplements and all associated materials. Read this eCourse Terms and Conditions Agreement carefully.
Medical Disclaimer
You understand that the information contained in the eCourse is for informational purposes only. The eCourses are to be construed as or to take the place of professional medical advice. This goes for not just eCourses, but any program and recommendation from Redefined Weight Loss LLC or Real Food Vitamins LLC. Cassie and any other teachers, coaches or instructors are NOT physicians or medical doctors, therefore you adhere to the advice and recommendations on this website and in the eCourses by Redefined Weight Loss, LLC at your own risk. Use of eCourse Materials
All eCourses and associated materials, along with references used in or related to the eCourses, are the copyrighted property of Redefined Weight Loss LLC or of third parties and used under permission granted to Redefined Weight Loss LLC and may only be used in the manner detailed in this eCourse Terms and Conditions Agreement.
Permission to use the eCourse and associated materials in any other way must be obtained in writing from Redefined Weight Loss LLC and/or the publisher or author of the material. These materials are for the sole use of individuals registered for the eCourse or others as approved by Redefined Weight Loss LLC. You may use the eCourse and associated materials to personally teach yourself. A group of friends going through the course together much each have their own individual membership. Sharing your log-in credentials is not an acceptable use of your membership. You may not pass along the materials to others (either for their personal use, or to teach others) or accept money for teaching the classes or materials. As an eCourse registrant, you will have online access to the eCourse and associated materials for “lifetime” or as long as the course is available. Any lifetime memberships are allowed to download videos and PDFs, hence access continues even if the online membership site is gone. You may view and read all materials that are part of the eCourse. All materials (both digital and printed versions) are the copyrighted property of Redefined Weight Loss LLC, and may only be used personally by you. You may download and save or print any and all PDFs and other electronic files that are part of the eCourse and associated materials. However, they may be used only for the purposes set forth above. PDF and other electronic files may not be disseminated to third parties in either electronic or printed form. You are prohibited from sharing, communicating, publishing, or in any manner distributing to other parties the eCourse and its associated materials.
These terms and conditions apply immediately upon registration for the course, and continue while you are taking the eCourse, and upon and after completing, withdrawing from or terminating the eCourse.
eCourse Access
Only eCourse registrants have access to the eCourse content. You are prohibited from sharing your login information with others.
Email Notification
You will be added to the Redefined Weight Loss LLC customer list and will receive emails pertaining to the eCourse as well as other pertinent offers. You may unsubscribe at any time, but this will interfere with your notifications about eCourse updates and reminders to do the lessons.
Customer Data includes data relating to any purchases of goods and/or services such as your name, title, billing address, delivery address email address, phone number, contact details, purchase details and your card details. We process this data to supply the goods and/or services you have purchased and to keep records of such transactions. Our lawful ground for this processing is the performance of a contract between you and us and/or taking steps at your request to enter into such a contract.
Refunds
Any requests for refunds will be considered and decided on a case-by-case basis, and physical products are not refundable.
For the Bye Bye Belly Fat eCourse any requests for refunds will be considered and decided on a case-by-case basis evaluating our 30-day happiness guarantee. Physical products are non-refundable. If you do not see any results within the first 30 days of the Bye Bye Belly Fat eCourse, send an email WITH proof of completion of the workbook curriculum for modules 0-4, and community engagement to info@redefinedweightloss.com. We will review your request and refund your program tuition (less the cost of physical product), once we have verified that you have completed at minimum all lesson videos and workbook for Modules 0-4, completed the workbook for modules 0-4, have participated in the online community, and have attended at least one coaching call.
For the Cravings to Freedom eCourse, any requests for refunds will be considered and decided on a case-by-case basis, as we do NOT offer a 30-day happiness guarantee for this eCourse.
Effective Period
The eCourses are designed to be completed at your own pace. While the content may be sent to you over a specific time frame, you are responsible for completing the course on your own time.
Responsibility for Loss
You are responsible for and will indemnify and hold Redefined Weight Loss LLC harmless from and against any and all liability, claims and losses resulting from your actions in connection with taking the eCourse and your breach of any terms and conditions of this eCourse Terms and Conditions Agreement. This includes, but is not limited to, any potential injury or illness associated with the use or misuse of the eCourse or associated materials.
General Disclaimer
Reference materials and links provided in the eCourse and associated materials are provided by Redefined Weight Loss LLC. Redefined Weight Loss LLC does not assume responsibility or liability for the accuracy or completeness of content contained in reference materials or links. Redefined Weight Loss LLC does not endorse any product, service or organization so referenced.
Attestation
Redefined Weight Loss LLC will deny access to the eCourse and any associated materials to any individual who fails to agree to the terms and conditions contained in this eCourse Terms and Conditions Agreement. Further, Redefined Weight Loss LLC reserves the right to terminate access to any individual who fails to abide by these terms and conditions.
Disciplinary Action
Registrants are deemed and presumed to be aware of and familiar with this eCourse Terms and Conditions Agreement. Violation of these terms and conditions will result in eCourse termination and possible legal action.
eCourse Management System Access
You agree that you will not use any robot, spider or other device, process or means to access the Redefined Weight Loss LLC eCourses or associated materials. You further agree not to use any process to monitor or copy Redefined Weight Loss LLC’s web pages or the content contained thereon for any purpose without Redefined Weight Loss LLC’s prior express written permission. You agree that you will not compromise or circumvent the security controls of Redefined Weight Loss LLC or otherwise gain unauthorized access to the eCourse or associated materials. You agree that you will not use any device, software or routine that interferes with the proper working of the eCourse or associated materials, nor shall you attempt to interfere with the proper working of the eCourse or associated material. You agree that you will not take any action that imposes an unreasonable or disproportionately large load on our infrastructure. You agree that you will not copy, reproduce, alter, modify, create derivative works or publicly display any content from the eCourse or associated materials without the prior expressed written permission of Redefined Weight Loss LLC.

The eCourses by Redefined Weight Loss LLC has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its Internet web site and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Redefined Weight Loss LLC of the site. Use of any such linked web site is at the user’s own risk.
No Waiver
A party’s failure to exercise or delay in exercising any right, power or privilege under this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver; nor shall any single or partial exercise of any right, power or privilege preclude any other or further exercise thereof.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota without regard to such state’s conflicts of laws provisions. Any disputes concerning this Agreement or the breach thereof, shall be exclusively venued in the state courts of Minnesota located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, or the federal courts of the District of Minnesota. The parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of and service of process of such courts.
Collection Costs and Attorney’s Fees
If Redefined Weight Loss LLC spends time attempting to collect amounts due under this Agreement, you will pay its collection costs, court costs, attorney’s fees and expenses incurred.
Integration
This Agreement and the exhibits hereto constitute the entire agreement between the parties concerning the subject matter hereof. All prior agreements, discussions, representations, warranties, and covenants are merged herein. There are no warranties, representations, covenants, or agreement, express or implied, between the parties except those expressly set forth in this Agreement. This Agreement may only be amended by a written document duly executed by all parties.
Entire Agreement. This Agreement embodies the entire agreement and understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter contained herein and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings among them with respect to such subject matter. There are no restrictions, promises, representations, warranties (express or implied), covenants or undertakings of the parties other than those expressly set forth or referred to in this Agreement.
