By signing the Rule Breakers Agreement, participating in the Rule Breakers Facebook Community Group, or accessing the Rule Breakers Membership Portal you are agreeing to the following terms.
Overview:The terms “Company”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Redefined Weight Loss LLC. The term “Site” refers to redefinedweightloss.com/members or cassie.net. The term “Client”, “user”, “member”, “you” and “your” refers to members and any other users of the site. The terms “Service” and “Program” refers to the services included in Rule Breakers membership as outlined below.
Use of the Service, including all information and educational materials presented herein by Cassie Bjork, is subject to the following terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions apply to all members, and all other users of the site. By using the Site or Service you agree to these Terms and Conditions, without modification, and acknowledge reading them.
1. Scope of Rule Breakers Services:
Rule Breakers membership includes the following:
- Weekly Group Coaching Calls with our team
- Monthly Masterclass with our team
- Jumpstart Training Video Series led by Cassie: Fast Track to Fat Loss
- Access to Rule Breakers Membership Portal
- Access to Rule Breakers Private Facebook Group
- Your very own 10% discount for all future Real Food Vitamins purchases while a paying member of the Rule Breakers program
- 1:1 Personalized Gameplan Session with Dietitian ($297 value)
- Rule Breakers Welcome Kit ($185 value)
The Rule Breakers membership services outlined above are hereafter referred to as “the Services” or “Program.”
Any additional services provided by Company to Member may require additional fees to be discussed and agreed upon by the parties.
2. Client Duties
a) Compensation: In consideration for the Services provided by us to you as set forth in paragraph 1 above, you agree to pay us the current program fee at the time of joining as a one lump sum payment or in 12 monthly installments. You understand that you will not receive an invoice reminder for these payments. In the event that any authorized charge applied by us to your card fails, you remain responsible for payment as agreed herein, as well as any penalty fees as detailed in paragraph (b)
b) Late payment fee. If any fee outlined in paragraph (a) remains unpaid on the 30th day following its due date, a penalty fee of eight percent (8%) of the payment due will be assessed. We reserve the right to restrict your access to the Services, or terminate your participation in the Services unless and until all outstanding program fees and assessed penalties are paid in full.
c) Additional Client Duties. You understand that your success in the program is dependent upon your level of participation in the Services. In order to get the most out of the Service, you must also work to implement the tools and strategies learned throughout the Service, and make considerable efforts toward your own personal development on your own time during the term of Services. You are responsible for requesting additional support from us, if needed.
Term
The term of these Terms and Conditions shall be 12 months beginning on the date of signing. The term shall be automatically renewed for an additional twelve months upon your request and/or continued use and participation in the Services.
Cancellation and Refunds
All sales of the Rule Breakers program are final. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your purchase, please contact us at info@cassie.net.
Indemnification by Client
You agree to indemnify and hold Redefined Weight Loss LLC, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, parent, owners, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, and representatives harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorney’s fees, in connection with the services provided by Redefined Weight Loss LLC.
Intellectual Property
This Program and all materials available through the Program are the property of the Company, and are protected by intellectual property laws. The Program is provided solely for your personal, noncommercial use, and you agree that you will not use such proprietary information or materials in a manner that constitutes an infringement of our intellectual property rights. You agree to abide by laws regarding copyright ownership and use of intellectual property, and you shall be solely responsible for any violations.
Assignment
Client may not assign the Rule Breakers Agreement without the express written consent of Redefined Weight Loss LLC.
Governing Law: Venue
The Rule Breakers Agreement and these Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota without regard to such state’s conflicts of laws provisions. Any disputes concerning this Agreement or the breach thereof, shall be exclusively venued in the state courts of Minnesota located in Hennepin County, Minnesota, or the federal courts of the District of Minnesota. The parties hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of and service of process of such courts.
Collection Costs and Attorney’s Fees
If Redefined Weight Loss LLC, spends time attempting to collect amounts due under the Rule Breakers Agreement and these Terms, you agree to pay its collection costs, court costs, and attorney’s fees.
Waiver of Jury Trial
THE PARTIES VOLUNTARILY, UNCONDITIONALLY, AND IRREVOCABLY AGREE TO WAIVE THEIR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL IN THE EVENT OF ANY LEGAL PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF THE RULE BREAKERS AGREEMENT AND THESE TERMS, OR THE PERFORMANCE OR INTERPRETATION THEREOF.
Waiver
The waiver of any term of the Rule Breakers Agreement and these Terms shall be limited to the circumstance or event referred to therein and shall not be deemed a waiver of any other term hereof or of the same circumstance or event upon any recurrence thereof.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, coupled with the Rule Breakers Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between the parties pertaining to the subject matter contained in it and supersedes all prior and contemporaneous agreements, representations, and understandings of the parties. No supplement, modification, or amendment of these Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless executed in writing by all the parties. No waiver of any of the provisions of these Terms and Conditions or the Rule Breakers Agreement shall be deemed, or shall constitute, a waiver of any other provision, whether or not similar, nor shall any waiver constitute a continuing waiver. No waiver shall be binding unless executed in writing by the party making the waiver.
Force Majeure
The failure of either party to perform in accordance with the Rule Breakers Agreement and these Terms will not be a breach if such failure is caused by or arises out of acts of God, acts of government, strikes or labor difficulties, fire, delays caused by carriers, or any other cause which is beyond the control of and without the contributing fault of the party failing to perform.
Validity
If any term, provision, covenant, agreement or restriction of the Rule Breakers Agreement and these Terms is held by a court of competent jurisdiction or arbitration panel to be invalid, void or unenforceable, the remainder of the terms, provisions, covenants, agreements and restrictions of this Agreement shall continue in full force and effect and will in no way be affected, impaired or invalidated.

All notices, requests, demands, and other communications under these Terms and Conditions shall be in writing and properly addressed as follows:
