Sales Consultant – Job Description

We are seeking a sales candidate with amazing closing skills, people skills, and customer service skills to get ladies into our incredibly successful 8-week health & weight loss coaching program! 

We’re searching for the BEST OF THE BEST, as you have in-depth contact with our warmest, potential customers, and you represent Cassie, and the entire brand of Redefined Weight Loss & Real Food Vitamins! Customers love our brand and our team, and because we view every team member as family (not the kind you “grin and bear” with at holiday dinners—but the kind you look forward to weekend camping trips with!), we want to make sure we can invest in you for the long term.

The Position:

• Has a completely flexible schedule that YOU get to dictate
• Is 100% virtual, allowing you to work from ANY location, via phone and/or video calls

Our mission: For more than a decade we’ve been helping women break FREE from yo-yo dieting patterns so they can lose weight and keep it off — for GOOD and redefine what it means to be happy and healthy! While Cassie started as just one dietitian looking to change lives with a no-nonsense, holistic approach to nutrition, health and life, this mission quickly grew into a team who share the same vision and support one another.

What you’ll be doing:

You get to be in charge of maintaining client relationships and driving revenue to the business—mainly conducting potential client “Kickstart” calls. This role involves speaking to potential clients (on the phone and/or Zoom video – up to you!), finding out what challenges they’re facing, and enrolling them into one of our programs that is the best fit for what they hope to achieve.

For your position, you will be provided with training on how this position has been performed in the past. You will be trained independently and by Cassie personally and have her support, strategies and guidance, but you are absolutely a self-starter and will do most of your work independently, and you have a track-record of successfully selling so you won’t require much support.

The best fit for this position will have unlimited earning potential simply by being creative with growth opportunities and helping potential clients find the solutions that are best for them. If you’re good at all of this, then there’s NO LIMIT to how well you can do with our company. But please understand that this is a per call compensation + commission role, so if you’re looking for a steady 9-5 job, then this isn’t it.
